Method
Tap step to focusIn a small mixing bowl, thoroughly mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey.
Add Salt and pepper to your preferences (5-6 turns of pepper and 2 turns of salt is recommended).
Drain your mozzarella balls and wash your cherry tomatoes.
Add the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes to the mixing bowl, and coat them in the sauce.
For the skewers, layer them as follows: Cherry Tomato, basil, optional ham slice, mini mozzarella ball, and finish with another Cherry tomato. Enjoy!
